Socapalm is structured into establishments on seven sites: the Head Office in Douala, Mbongo plantation, Edea and Mbambou plantation in “Sanaga Martime”, Eséka plantation in “Nyong and Kelle”, Dibombari plantation in “Mungo” and Kienke plantation in “ocean”. All the plantations are equipped with modern industrial and agricultural technical services, and skilled laborers.
At June 30th, 2016, Socapalm had 2164 employees including 370 women . Indirect labor done through outsourcing includes temporary corporate staff (1172 employees) and contractual staff ( about 3000 employees).
